Team, I understand there are many "right" answers and there can be many resolutions for each scenario. The main purpose we are trying to achieve here is to show that you should NEVER say, "There is nothing I can do" because there is. Be creative! Find clever solutions! I am not grading looking for right answers, I am looking for wrong ones! Do right by the customer, we are customer service, aren't we? ;)

Attendance Incentive

Team, attendance has become a huge problem.  I need it to be fixed immediately.   I cannot have people calling out any more.  Those that continue the pattern of missing work will have their employment ended. 

For those that do show up, I am putting in place a new attendance incentive. 

If you do not miss any time from 1/3/2020 to the end of the month you will get 8 hours of paid time off to be used in February. 

I will say it again, I cannot do it without you guys.
