Attendance Incentive

Team, attendance has become a huge problem.  I need it to be fixed immediately.   I cannot have people calling out any more.  Those that continue the pattern of missing work will have their employment ended. 

For those that do show up, I am putting in place a new attendance incentive. 

If you do not miss any time from 1/3/2020 to the end of the month you will get 8 hours of paid time off to be used in February. 

I will say it again, I cannot do it without you guys.
